Which AR 15 Has The Least Recoil?

There are AR10s and AR15s, which I get. From my understanding, this is the full extent of what’s out there, as far as ARs go. If there are more, please let me know on this thread. Now, out of these two rifles, which one has the least recoil? Also, what can you do to an AR as far as modification to decrease the recoil on these?

I think I’ve shot pretty much every AR platforms out there. AR 15 pistol definitely has a very low recoil.
